Jul 15, 2022 · Based on the information you have provided this sounds like the common issue with the MMI software itself. Audi has recognized a software concern that creates the blank screen either all of the time or intermittently. The correction is to allow an Audi dealer to update the software for the MMI system to resolve this issue.
